Italian oregano is a perennial. It should survive nicely outside in this region with some protection from wind and shade; maybe close to your kitchen door! Your 8” Italian Oregano plant should go outside or into a larger pot over the next 60 days. There’s plenty of plant to use for cooking now. Well, maybe not  if your making A LOT of something....
